Each piece is handmade to order. Production usually takes 2-4 business days and shipping is 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once it ships.
Currently, Walprints ships within the United States. We’re expanding internationally soon— join our email list to be notified when we do.
We begin production quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Email team@walprints.com as soon as possible.

ARTWORK
Framed Print Size Guide
Each listed size refers to the outer dimensions of the frame, including the mat and molding. The visible image area (the artwork itself) is smaller due to the mat border around the print.
All framed prints include a 2–2.5 inch white mat and .7 inch thick, 1.8 inch deep frame molding, creating a clean gallery-style presentation.

Unframed Prints:
If you order a No Frame option, the artwork will arrive as a borderless print at the full listed size (for example, a 26×20" print measures exactly 26×20"). No mat or frame is included.

Yes. Every frame includes hanging hardware pre-installed, so you can hang it straight out of the box.
At this time, we only offer the sizes listed on each product page to maintain consistent quality and pricing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your Walprint, you can return it within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
No. Because each piece is made to order, we don’t offer exchanges for different sizes or artworks. If you’d like a different piece, simply return your current order and place a new one.
If your print arrives damaged or not as described, email team@walprints.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage, packaging, and box. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production begins and we can’t make changes or issue cancellations.
